The 1400 m² office interior revolves around a central core, offering sweeping sea views from its southwest facade. The design is formulated to support future office habits, enhance corporate interaction, and accommodate 100+ daily users comfortably across a sprawling, single-floor layout.

The headquarters is conceptualized as an "Energy Base", a space that fosters long-term value creation and collaborative growth. The architectural narrative is built upon the company's deep-rooted corporate memory and its relationship with natural resources, guided by three core philosophies; permanence, transparency and energy. The narrative is materialized through the extensive use of solid wood and natural stone textures, expressed through high-level permeability and continuous glass partitions and captured via continuous wall surface designs, fluid circulation corridors, and the strategic integration of the corporate palette into the spatial elements.

To manage circulation effectively and cater to specific operational needs, the floorplate is divided into four distinct functional zones. The management section, with direct access to the VIP elevators, is designed to project authority and quiet elegance, housing the CEO Office, Board of Directors Offices, a VIP Lounge, and the PMCC Room and featuring dark wood veneers, grey travertine flooring, natural stone niches, and acoustic felt decorative ceilings.  The Palmet departments zone, directly connected to the management section, serves as the operational heart of the company, housing departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, IT, and Energy Trade.  The layout balances open-plan office areas with private manager rooms, meeting spaces, and a dedicated reception area, maintaining the dark wood theme that transitions into neutral-toned surfaces. Palmet Financial Services has a specialized wing dedicated to Palcredit, Paltron, and Borealis.  The layout includes its own reception and greeting area, large open offices, and general manager suites.  Serving as the communal hub, the social zone is designed for relaxation, informal meetings, and corporate events.  It includes a large lounge, a cafeteria, kitchen facilities, and a flexible seminar room with a lighter and warmer aesthetic utilizing light oak wood flooring, colorful open ceilings, and sheer curtains. The foldable glass systems allow the seminar rooms to be combined or integrated seamlessly with the lounge when required.
